Magnificent Mendenhall Mudpuddle Meet Auke Lake, JuneauThe 1984 Mendenhall Mudpuddle, ten miles on Saturday 5 May. Fifty-four finishers, scored in six age and sex divisions. Alan Graves and Jerry Buckley both ran 54:31 for the fastest time of the day, Graves winning the men's 27-39 division and Buckley the 40-and-over. The Empire's overall-place column gives both Ken DeRoux and Gene Miller 23rd.
