5th Annual Flannigans Run

Recorded from the Parks and Recreation entry notice; no results are known. The count agrees with the archive, which holds the fourth running in 1986. The notice spells the race Flannigans; the site's other runnings spell it Flannagan's.
The notice's dates are a day out. It gives the race as "Saturday, March 15" and the registration deadline as "Friday, March 14", but in 1987 the 15th was a Sunday and the 14th a Saturday.
