| Description | You are a lighthouse keeper and even on a dark and stormy night, you keep the light burning...This is a night race! (Headlamps or flashlights, as well as ice spikes recommended!) The course will begin at the beautifully lit Takhu whale and follow the peaceful glow of the new boardwalk into downtown where you will race along the different colored lights of the downtown boardwalk. This is the first in a TWO RACE SERIES. (racing in both races not required to participate) Proceeds go to the non-profit Eldred Rock Lighthouse Preservation Association, who is trying to SAVE ELDRED ROCK LIGHTHOUSE! Prizes for individual and series race winners. Adults $15 pre-registration, $20 day of race; $5 student pre-registration, $10 day of race, under 5 yrs old free Membership Registration: $25 good for BOTH RACES in the series, and includes membership to the Eldred Rock Lighthouse Association |
