Juneau Physical Therapy Governors Cup
| Hospital Drive, AOB | Virtual race anytime Sunday, July 12 through Saturday, July 18, 2020 5k: this is a one way course - Start in front of the AOB, across from the City Museum. Run along 4th Street which turns into Calhoun Avenue, past the Governor's House, and down the hill past Cope Park and onto 12th Street. At the bottom of 12th (the building that Frenchie's Floral is in; where Blockbuster used to be), turn right onto Glacier Avenue and run past the schools to Old Glacier Hwy. and onto Channel Vista Drive towards the hospital and finish on the bike trail at a line between the corner of the Edward Jones building and the nearest light pole. 5k race participants should consider that the course is one-way. If you leave your car downtown, you should prepare to walk, run, or ride a bike back to it. JTRR wants to discourage ride-sharing in these COVID-19 times. 1 Mile: this is an out and back course. The 1 Mile course starts at the 5k finish line (on the bike trail at a line between the corner of the Edward Jones building and the nearest light pole) and proceeds toward town on the bike path. The 1 Mile course turns around at one-half mile mark from the start and retraces its path back to the start line, which will be its finish line.
